By creating a Linksie account you agree to these terms.

The service

Linksie provides a creator page with links, custom domains and analytics. Pages publish at linksie.bio/yourname, or on a custom domain from the Creator plan up. We may suspend pages or accounts that breach the acceptable use policy.

Your content and domains

  • You keep ownership of your content and are responsible for having the rights to link to it.
  • External destinations are yours: Linksie links out to them and never embeds them into your public page.
  • Domains you buy through Linksie are registered in your name, as the legal owner, through our registrar partner Dynadot, with WHOIS privacy on. They’re subject to the registrar’s terms and ICANN’s registrant rules, so the owner details you give must be accurate.
  • They renew yearly on the card you paid with, charged about a month before expiry at the renewal price shown in Address. You can turn auto-renew off at any time; a domain that isn’t renewed expires.
  • You can move a domain to any other registrar whenever you like: Address gives you its transfer code. Registries don’t allow transfers in the first 60 days after registration. Cancelling Linksie doesn’t affect your ownership.

Billing

Paid plans and domain purchases are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; failed domain registrations are refunded automatically. Domain purchases and renewals are otherwise non-refundable once the registrar has processed them.

Fair use

Do not abuse the platform: no spam, phishing, malware, unlawful content, or attempts to access other creators’ workspaces. Automated scraping of creator pages beyond normal browsing is not permitted.

Liability

Linksie is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

We will notify account holders of material changes before they take effect. Continued use after that point constitutes acceptance.
